I am so addicted to them. My family thinks I am crazy. I eat about 2 packs of them a day. Last time I went to the dentist and couldnt eat them for a few dyas I thought I would go crazy. So I say happy sunflower eating to ya.

well i don't know about u but i love sunflower seeds and can't go through a day without them

I plant mine, then harvest the flowers ans bake them and salt them for the kids myself.
But I mostly like to grow them.

They're pretty good - but the jays and crows at my feeder LOVE 'em ;-)
