I'm doing a presentation on Computer Engineering and one of the slides is supposed to be about what a real-life Computer Engineer's day is like. I would like as many of the following questions answered as possible, however, any legitimate responses will be greatly appreciated.

A. Name, Location, Time in Career, Place of Employment, and any other valuable information for you as my reference.

1. How do you start a project?
2. What is your personal job description?
3. What skills are needed to be successful?
4. What was your starting salary?
5. What salary range are you in now?
6. Describe any valuable experiences you have had
7. What do you like best/least about your job?
8. How many hours a week do you work?
9. What is your typical day like?
10. Any other information I may have overlooked developing this list.

As I said before, any information you feel comfortable providing will be a big help and appreciated.

Find a way to e-mail me and I'll bend your ear right off. Been at it for over 30 years and wouldn't trade that for anything.
