I had a friend that had a pinto with a cheve 5.7 TH350

I had a 72 L.U.V. a.k.a. Itzuzu pickup truck with a ford 5.0 & B.W. 4 speed.

I helped put a chevy V8 into a datsun 240Z

When I was at a draggs one time I saw a Chevy 516 LN Block with an M 4 speed & Ford 9 inch in V.W. Bug

I now someone in Provo, Utah U.S.A. with a Blown 350 with a BW 4 speed in a 1962 Anglua. About the size of a mini cooper.

Doable but contact Alston. And read up everything they've got.

You forgot to mention which generation Camaro or Mustang. One which originally had a big block engine probably wouldn't be a problem. Of course, anything will fit if you have enough welding rod. Question is, how much adaptation are you willing to do?

The harder an engine swap is, the more likely it is to end incomplete in frustration with thousands of dollars poured down the drain. Be realistic to what your abilities are, how good you are at stretching your abilities, and how determined you are to see it a success. Know yourself.
