Perhaps you are projecting on to them the fact that women scare the hell out of you!!! Unless you're a stalker, predator, clinging vine, or someone that is unpleasant to be around for more than 30 seconds, chances are you've turned this thing around and it really is YOU that are fearful. See a professional!

Maybe your looks are fearful, make it a bit mild and soft, if u can. Trim the moustache, remove the beard, cut your hairs etc. etc.

Did you try to go and find out by changing yourself towards the different part of you? I meant your looks, attitude and etc..

Could be a lot of different things... Do you come off cocky? Creepy? Not confident enough? Most importantly, just relax and be yourself. I don't know about other girls but I like when a guy is just genuine and doesn't go out of his way to charm me or impress me.
