"Not-God bless you."
Same like "Damn you to unHell."
or "Wait til Not-Judgement Day."

How about "Laudable sternutation" or "You selfish cretin! Have you never heard of the Butterfly Effect?! You've just doomed the Philippines!"?
Or one could quote from Cyrano de Bergerac:
"When it blows, the typhoon howls and the clouds darken."
"Hark--the horn of Roland calls to summon Charlemagne!"

What's wrong with the word, "Bless"?
I can bless you with presents, or my kindness, or my well wishes.
Blessing does not require a god.

It is a figure of expression...
Just because im not a believer doesnt mean I cant say:
"Oh My God"
or "Bless You"
or "You the spawn of satan"
It is all figures of speech and it doesnt mean it is wrong to say it...

Gesundheit (good health).
Sometimes I steal from Seinfeld and say "You're so good-looking!" but only to friends who are in on the joke.

I keep quiet. It is unnecessary to say anything. On the rare occasions when I do say something, it is usually "Gesundheit!"

gesund-heit is german for "good health", it's pretty common. or you could say "zeus bless you or something" if you're sarcastic. i always get annoyed when people say bless you, just assuming you share their beliefs.
