No religion does not control the media.
Money hungry rich media bosses do.
And they feast upon the beliefs and sensitivities of the masses to get the highest ratings.

The media isn't controlled by any religious group. The owners may be part of a religion, but they don't go around preaching their religions on their networks or anything.
