Also, I work outside physically, so I dont know if that would give me some excuse to weigh a little more since muscle weighs more than fat.

I'm 5'10" and my doctor told me that she wanted me to get down to 165 to 170lbs.....(I'm at about 200lbs). I asked her if she had any more of the drugs that she was on....lol..

The best thing to do would be an internet search for "body mass indicator chart" or "bmi chart". That should give you your ideal weight for your height. Also, be sure to find one that takes frame (ie. small, medium or large) into account because a lot of them don't!

you are the same height as my fella, and he is a fitness instructor, he gets checkes per 5 months for his body weight, the right (ish) weight for ya hunni is between 11 and 11 1/2 st, it looks good for a guy your height, keep on buildin!! x x x
