I mean, we all know the theoretical origins of the Europeans (from Japheth), Africans (from Ham) and Semites (from Shem). But how about the East Asians that are so distinctively different from all these three? I'm sure there has got to be some references in the Bible...

It is my understanding that the Three Kings (Three Wisemen) were from Asia.

Matthew 2 (New International Version)

The Visit of the Magi
1After Jesus was born in Bethlehem in Judea, during the time of King Herod, Magi[a] from the east came to Jerusalem 2and asked, "Where is the one who has been born king of the Jews? We saw his star in the east[b] and have come to worship him."

That was my take on it anyway but I could be wrong.

The "land of Sinim" mentioned in Isaiah is believed to refer to China. They are the descendants of Ham. Enter "table of nations" as a keyword to study how Noah's descendants populated the planet.
