i live alone with 5 kids and dont want to sleep because i never no when the dream is comming back night mares seem to like me

Believe in what you want , and when that want comes to you , there should be a change in how you feel now.
Apart from the nightmares , I know what you mean about what you might miss if you close your eyes........I am afraid I am going to loose the most wonderful thing to me in life......I don`t sleep well at the moment either.....

I have a very hard time going to sleep at night because of paranoia. I dont want to go to sleep. It is just something we all have to overcome!

well, if you are watching a good movie and blink, even for some seconds, you could miss a good scene. or sometimes if u miss someone its better to close your eyes and imagine that person.
