I play soccer and I cant go a day without my ankles turing into the size of grapefruits. So I was wondering is there anything that I can do to help strengthen them so that I can actually play instead of having to walk(barley)

umm what we did in cheerleading was pretend to write the ABCs in the air with our foot. it works.

Get to the trainer or a PT, so they can show you how to strengthen safely.

Go to APTA.org, click "find a PT", and search your home area.

Walking in a pool with weights on your ankels. Any Ymca has it .
