it takes time and it takes positive reinforcement. Moving from "base" to "base", always encourage her and tell her positive things like, I love it when you surprise me like that, or... just rub her shoulders

However, are you asking how do you help your girlfriend from being less repressed? If so, it takes patience, consideration and respect for her comfort level. Start things off slowly and have them build up over months, years of time.

If your gf is not a freak and doesn't want to be and isn't repressed (as Dan Savage would say - she's "vanilla"), maybe you need to find someone who is more compatible to you sexually.

the best bet of how to tell if she is a freak or not is if she is a good dancer. if someone can dance, they will prolly have the moves in bed too.

if the girl is shy, u have to make her feel really confident infront of you. she has to trust you 110%. she prolly wont come up w/ creative things in bed, so u will have to do that, but if she is willing to try, thank her and tell her she was good at it.
