well 1st of all, during these 9 yrs, did she ever give u the hint that he had an interest in u. if she did then tha might mean that shes hiding her true feeling because she fears something. and u have to figure that one out on ur own.
2nd of all if he doesnt like u after 8 yrs, then theres no use in trying. if she doesnt like u after all this time, then u would just be wasting ur time, therefore, u should move on and find someone else. also when u do find someone else, this girll u like might get jealous and show that she really does have feelings 4 u.

You were fooled. She is mature now and knows you better that you are not fit for her. Forget her and do not waste time. Don't you have any other work ? In the world money is much more powerful than feeling or emotion because that is determination. For most people love is volatile.

U should have asked her 9 years ago, then u need not have waited for her, but moved on in life. It is your mistake, u did not ask her for 9 long years, but loved stupidly, one way love.

just because you loved her for 9 years, doesn't mean she knew or you had a good friendship together....
so of course she said no. she probably doesn't know you too well or never knew you had an obsession with her for 9 years. or maybe she did know and thought that was too crazy.
