how do people measure hand size? from where to where? what's normal for an adult male?

Measure from the tip of your middle finger to your wrist (bottom of your palm). Average size is around 7-8 inches. That depends on race and genetics.

from where it starts to where it stops
if the hand doesnt look huge or tiny its not an issue
