She is not related to you by blood only marriage. So no problem and I do not think it is creepy or anything like that. she is just a woman you seem to love. as far as the TB and BP thing she can have a checkup and see if there are any signs....I wish you well, I have a friend that married his sister in-law and they have been happy for the last 21 years. Oh and to yo other people a sister in-law can be the sister of the bride! and not be married..Think people! My sister will become your sister in-law...get it!

You both should see a doctor to determine whether or not you both are at high risk to getting T.B. I believe T.B. can be elimated by antibotics. I don't think marrying your sister in-law will effect your children that you both plan to have.

There is absolutely no genetic reason for you not to be able to marry your sister-in-law. You are in no way genetically related to this woman so children would in no way be affected. However, if she has contracted TB then contact a physician about children.

why do you want to marry your sister-in-law in first place? If it is due to social reason then you should not think about all these things. Go ahead do it. If you are thinking about inheritance of diseases then there are chances that children may be infected may be not.

Safe??

TB is a contagous disease. Rarely seen in America. And BP means what? Blood Pressure?

The only unsafe thing would be other family members objecting the relationship. Otherwise, go for it and be happy.

Although I am concerned that you are concerned.

Got any gun-toten' family members that might object? Otherwise, ask the kids how they feel about it. If they are old enough to have an opinion, discuss it with them--- if not, they'll grow up with it and probably won't know the difference.

No, because if she is your sister in law, that means at least one of you are married and cannot get married to someone else without a divorce. If you really meant your FORMER sister in law, then sure. The kids might have a slight problem with it, but if you really (and I mean REALLY) love her, then that's what matters most.

What's wrong with your wife? The best gift that a father can offer to his children is to love their mother. Taht's all what I have to say...

Some Studies are shown that, the marriage between the relatives may lead to transfer some genetic problems to the child. So in modern science is advising to avoid marriage between relatives.
