If it hits nothing while it is falling, then no, not until it hits the ground.
Once that happens, then probably. Depends on what kind of tree it is.

no it doesn't. when a tree falls it creates vibrations in the air. sound is heard when the ear picks up these vibrations and sends a signal to the brain where it is then perceived as noise or sound. so if there are no ears and brains around to pick up the vibrations and make you perceive sound, then the only thing that happens is that the air vibrates. sound takes place in your brain.

yes, sound comes from vibrations in the air and the tree will cause these vibrations as it falls and hits the ground, regardless if anyone hears it.
