I'm an atheist so I've chosen none, however you might want to ask the christians on here. I can post the links for about 10 of my questions I've asked where the christians scream and pout that their religion is the only way to salvation. That is the reason they tell you that you have to pick. Its either their way, or you're going to hell! And burning forever! Which is why I like so many other religions better that are more accepting.

Why choose a religion. What for? You believe in eternity with God? Religion cannot bring you up there. And there are millions of religions around you.

So, you like the Heinz 57 religion? No one has to choose any religion or can choose them all like you seem to like. I myself do not choose religion, but choose a relationship with Jesus who saved us from our sins. I study His Truth in His Word, the Bible. Since my faith is unwavering, I do study other religions, but only to further my education on what others believe for discussion sake only. If my faith weren't anchored in the Lord, I would not study other religions that could confuse and deceive your new faith . I focus my heart and studies on Truth, on the one and only true God!

Who said you couldn't study them all? Take what you find interesting in one religion than go on to the other.

You don't. It is well to give several some study, because religion is a human institution, and humans are interesting. After having done so, you will have grounds for concluding that they are all nonsense, and that nono of them is worthy of your time

Because there can only be ONE. I have said mant times before that there are good people in all religions BUT not good in all religion. Most religions have pagan roots & do not teach according to the Bible. I am one of Jehovah's Witnesses. You may TRY all the churches you want...but in the end, you will see that other so-called "christians" are hypocritical as are others. Let me ask you this: If Buddha was the TRUE god, do you think he would want to share his glory with Jehovah? If Jehovah was the TRUE god, do you think he would share his glory with Allah? NO. By studying/believing in ALL religions, you slap God in the face AND contradict yourself. Many doctrines of Christianity differ from OURS. As do Eastern Philosophy.

Who said you have to choose any religion or any belief in the supernatural whatsoever?

You don't.

The truth is not afraid of scrutiny. Good rule to follow, imo.

This is a great question!!! The trick is choosing the right one and then being open enough to change when you have out grown your present one.
