I was wondering how u make the edges of the picture rounded or if there is a way of doing it. I just would like to make the corners curved so they are not so strong if u know what I mean.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You have to use the soften brush. I'm not 100% sure, but that's what i do for Corel Painter.

A great way to "soften" those areas would be by creating a selection and than applying a feather to it. First create the selection. Then go into the selection option at the top of the page and drag it down and hit the feather selection. Here you set the value and can change it up to your liking. Hit delete (you might need to inverse your selection) and see how it comes out. You might need a different layer for the background. Hope this works_I'm still a beginner and still learning but I like the effect feather give off.

Smudge tool. :D Erase the corners until round, then smudge.

i don't use ps but i use a similar program-i'm not sure if ps has this or not but it's worth looking for-look through all your menus and see if it says "rounded rectangle" or something similar anywhere
