Blow kisses. While you guys are kissing, blow a mouthful of air into his mouth. He'll get a shocked. But its fun seeing him swallow your mouthful of air.

Unless you're heading downtown on him, he won't really be into it. The only other options I would say might do something are lightly biting his bottom lip and seductively kissing his ears.
