I don't have a clue who you might be, but I'm sure Jesus knows you better than you know yourself.

Yes, I know you are God's creation, created to glorify Him. To have a relationship with Jesus who loved you so much that He suffered and died for you, so that you could spend eternity with Him in the New Mansion He went to Heaven to prepare for you. That if you were the only person He created, He would have still suffered and died for YOU! Jesus knows His own, just as sheep know their shepherd. Yes, Jesus knows you very well, apparently a whole lot more than you know yourself which you claim you don't. His piercing eyes see straight into your heart. What does He see? That's a clue to you to do a self-examination for your eternity's sake. Does Jesus know you intimately? Apparently not, if you are asking us! Do you want to know Jesus and have a relationship with Him? If not, then I can tell you that He Himself will answer your second question at the Great White Throne Judgement with the words "Depart from me, I never knew you".

Of course he knows who you are. He is the in the holy trinity. He is God the Father, Jesus the Son, and the Holy Spirit. As God he formed your life, gave you a soul. As the Son he went to the cross and carried your sin the whole way there. As the Holy Spirit he convicts you as you make choices through out your day to day goings ons. Like someone said earlier it is our sin that tears us away from him. He will never leave you even if you tell him to.

Jesus knows everyone... it is sin that tears us from him, not his knowlege of us or lack thereof.
And it is our faith in him that brings us closer. Just as it was his sacrifice that pays the penalty for our sins.
