Met her at a bar/club a week and 1/2 ago on a Saturday...she was checking me out a lot, so I eventually approached her...we danced and talked for about an hour. I called a week ago, left a message mainly just say hi and to call back. Didn't hear from her until tonight and it seemed like she wanted to hang out this weekend. What should I do? Is she interested or calling just out of sympathy?

Probably not out of sympathy. It's easy to not return a phone call. She might be interested and playing hard to get, but you won't know until you actually go out with her, will you? :]
