not from the UK, but i would think it's earl grey or english breakfast. Someone tell me if this is right. I'd also like to know!
PG is not the blend though, is it?

PG tips is a brand of teabags, not a blend. Its probably the biggest selling teabag in the UK.
The most popular blend i would guess to be English Breakfast.
My personal favourite is Assam
