No, it is not ok. I will be honest with you in Exodus 20:2-17 there are the 10 commandments. The 1st commandment talks about having no other Gods before GOD! The 2nd commandment talks about not having any idols that are being worshiped because God is a jealous God and a punishing God. If you believe in the Buddhist faith or Taoism or Hindu then you most certainly can not believe in Christianity. As a christian we serve one God. We do not mix other religions to create our own happy religion. The word is our guide and the Lord is our deliverer that is all we need. Faith in the Lord and only in Him. God is enough, you don't need those other beliefs. Search for the christian God a little more, go visit some christian churches and listen to what they are teaching. You might be surprised that just believing in the Christian God is enough. He is the real almighty God!
Any way, blessing to you!
God bless you always,
Heather

I think you can't say you are christian if you pray to Hindu Gods.
I think you are exploring and that is fine, but don't say you are Taosim or Hindu and then pray to a Christian God.
Say you are all religions believer.

I simply call someone with those type beliefs "spiritual" or "a seeker". I am not big on labels...I was raised Christian, but follow a combination of teachings from various religions and philosophies.
I also know several people who are Christian but believe Buddha was a great prophet. Religion is a very personal thing.

Sure, there's nothing wrong with that. Sometimes other religions have some great things to offer. I don't know if there's a name, per se, but you certainly are allowed to do a little exploring and see what is best for you, even if it means mixing and matching a little.

You need to ask yourself if the religions are compatible with each other. If you are a Christian and believe that Jesus Christ died for your sins, you need to ask yourself whether faith in Christ is compatible with the worship of Hindu and Taoist gods.

If you are a Christian, which you claim to be, then you should only pray to the Most High God. Do not pray to other gods. That is a sin.

Seriously misguided.
Christians worship only the one, true God, and serve no others.
