YES!! i am certified by TABC (texas alcoholic beverage commision) and the rule is if your spouse (if over 21)or parents are with you while you are drinking is perfectly fine for you to drink, however they must remain with you at all times.!

I was married at 18 (and still happily married almost 19 years later). I didn't drink champagne but instead had the sparkling grape juice. Champagne isn't needed to make a celebration, only your love for each other, your family and your friends.
I wouldn't chance underage drinking, even at your own wedding. I worked for an attorney (although I am in no way an attorney) and if you get caught, they don't care where you are or what you're doing... you're still in a LOT of trouble. I'd wait until you turn 21 then have that celebration with alcohol.
Call a local attorney or law enforcement though.... just to be on the safe side. It seems, at least from these posts, that the laws vary from state to state.
Congratulations.

That depends on your country & where you are getting married. Legally, no, if you're in the USA where the limit is 21. If you're getting married at a venue, alot will only allow these drinks to those with proper ID. Even if they aren't serving it, they are responsible for underaged drinking at their location. If it's that important to you, you may need to push it back a little until after you're over the drinking age.

As long as you are with your husband who is over 21 there is not a issue. The night of my wedding I went to a bar and I was 20 and they were not going to serve me until they found out that my husband was of age. He will be responsible for you after you are married....and if you are at your reception it don't matter....have a good time dont worry about it....it's one of the best days of your life other than having children....GOOD LUCK TO YOU AND HAVE FUN

Unless you are 21 (even your mother was breaking the law when she did that at her wedding), you cannot drink alcohol under any circumstances, wedding or not, as that is the national age limit. If you want to have a destination wedding to Canada, the drinking age there is 19 and you can drink all you want. Otherwise you are breaking the law, no ifs ands or buts about it.

The legal age for alcohol consumption in the UK is 18, that varies from place to place to you need to make some enquiries about your laws wherever you live.

Depends on the state. A lot of them let you drink with your parents or a spouse over the age of 21.

Where is the reception?
If it is at an event hall, they may have strict guidelines for alcohol consumption and the answer will most definitely be NO.
If it is at someone's house, you might be able to get away with it.

A private party is different than a public drinking place... The age thing would only effect you IF you drove or got out on the street and danced naked.... You are NOT purchasing nor drinking in public..... just be a lady and you will be fine...... God bless
