Most fruit is fairly low calorie, since it is mostly water. Fruit has vitamins, minerals and fiber, all of which are necessary for health. It would be hard to get fat eating only fruit, but fructarians are considered to be air heads and vacant. Everyone needs protein and some healthy fats to be healthy.

Fruit has calories and carbohydrate and some even have fat.
If you eat too much, the sugar can make you fat. Everything should be eaten in moderation. You can select fruits and eat 5 -7 servings a day. 1 Serving is a half a cup.

Depends. A fruit has calories, but fiber too. A candy bar has way more calories, but no fiber. I eat about 4 or 5 fruits per day, and I think I look good!

I think you could do that and not get fat. You would get some of your water intake from fruit too...
