Sotto Belle railcars for sale?

Does anyone know of an Italian luxury rail route called Sotto Belle which is no longer in service? I have heard that these rail cars and fixtures were going on sale but I could not locate them. The motif was blue and white.

I tried surfing the net but didn't find anything.
