so no im not completly overweight but i would like to lose some pounds in my stomach and my legs and i need a decently fast soullution.

Eat small portions more often..5-7 times a day to keep your metabolism going strong. Drink lots of water and eat fruits and vegitables only for up to 11-14 days. I lost a lot this way. I didn't have to worry about eating too much and felt really good at the end of it. When you get off, do it very slowly. Never eat after 7 pm at night..it will go to fat when you sleep. Stay off of sugar and bread/pastries. Good luck.
