Could it ever work? I am 21, and he is 28, almost 29. I met him a while back, he is never married and has no kids. I never had the heart to tell him how I feel because he was in a relationship... he is now single. but seems to be still getting over his last gf since New Years Day. :(

I wonder if he thinks that I am too young...

should I tell him how I feel?

I shouldnt even be bothering... but to the dude who is unhappy with your -3 rating... it isnt against your opinion... everyone is entitled to one... no offense taken there...

But your foul language... the way you presented youself was disrespectful... I think that led to your rate... but that is just my opinion.

Honey, age is no barrier to love. When i was 29, a guy who is 13 years older than me (i.e. 42 still single and 1 of those eligible bachelors in town) trying his luck to date me. He is now my husband and father to our 1 year old boy!

The answer is YES. You should let your feelings out. Give yourself and him a chance. If love blossom, that would be "2 less lonely people in the world". Remember, age is no barrier. Moreover, 9 year gap is just right! Go for it girl! All the very best!

Now, if you were telling me this guy was in his forties, I'd be worried. You being 21 and he being 28/29 is territory that you both would need to be comfortable with. If he has feelings for you, and you have feelings for him, and neither of you have a problem with the age difference then go for it.

its not too great an age difference --- its how you feel for each other that is important and if you are prepared to work through the problems that will occur --- just talk to him -- if he is interested it will develop if not well best wishes
