if a guy get a girl a card and told her in the card that he likes her....why would the girl still not talk to him when its so obvious...does it mean shes not interested or just waiting for the next move from him?

It all depends.
Girls don't like it when you don't just come out and say it. Don't give her a cheasy card, sit down and talk to her about it, tell her how you feel.
If you are friends she might be ignoring or avoiding you because she is afraid that things will get wierd especially if she dosn't like you as more than a friend back.
I know it sounds discouraging but I am going through the same thing with I guy. He keeps hinting around at stuff and talking to our friends about asking me out. If he would just get up the courage to ask me I would say yes.
Keep in mind you'll never know for sure untill you try.

Yes and No. Ignoring you, keeps you interested. But not answering a nice card is rude, which might indicate that she doesn't feel the same way, or that she is inconsiderate. Sending a card was considerate. Even a person that is "ignoring" you for more attention would answer a nice card.
There are "signs" when a person is not for you. She's not for you.

She might not be interested, but still she'd be flattered (because it always feels good to know someone likes you.)....or she could just be shy and not know what to do next...OR she did NOT think of you that way, and now she does not know how to face you....approach her, confidently, usually you can tell.....just be nice and tell her you don't want things to be awkward between you, maybe we should just forget the whole "card" thing happened....and see her response.

you have questions you want to ask, but they aren't really for us here...
you know exactly where and who to ask, so why not go and ask her? Otherwise you'll be sitting here for the rest of your life and not knowing anything about it and keep wondering.
what ever happens, at least it will give you an answer and allow you to move on... no matter what the results are, you will have to live your life, people will still live there's, but know that you have already tried. :)

Ok she's just messing with your mind she really likes you but is to shy or is afraid that she will make a total fool of herself when shes around you so she avoids you she does like you though and you probally have to ask her out and if she says no she probally still likes you but... wait how old are you anyway she probally can't date so that's why she might say no and when a guy does that for a girl its REALLY hard not to like him unless she totally hates him or he did something really bad to one of her friends and if you are to afraid to talk to her then ask her friends but one that knows her and hangs out with her a lot and don't be shy if she likes you she will come around! sometimes they might ignore and just talk to her and ask her about her feelings for you thats what i always do when i like a girl and it always works and there is nothing wrong with that except you might get heart broken from the response

she doesn't like you dude. lay off for a week then call her back. if she's still not interested, move on. if a girl doesn't like a card she's junk.

I would say that she's probably not interested. That's most likely the case, unless she's just really shy.
