posted a similar question. sorry for reposting. but i feel horrible.
he's just a acquantance and classmate. i texted him to ask how he is he was hospitalised with a virus. but he did not reply. (he was discharged 2 days ago)
i am hurt. I would have been much better if he at least reply very coldly but now i am hung in mid air.
I was thinking maybe he thinks it is weird of me to text him. i mean we don't know each other well just talked a little about two times and say hi along the corridors. We see each other in class all th time But there is nothing in the text just being friendly. maybe he will suspect I like him, but I was trying to be just friendly than to be other things.
i am so embarassed for texting him. he must be laughing at me now.
Was I weird to have texted him? I think I can die of this embarassment

Well to feel that embarrassed, I think you might actually like him. Thats ok and there is nothing wrong with it. Don't feel embarassed for asking him a caring question and even if you do not know him well, it just shows you have a caring personality and if he can't appreciate that then, don't let him get to you. He might also just be a very private person. He might be a little shy also. Give it time. Maybe he'll give you a little grin next time he sees you. (His own way of saying "Thanks for Asking" Keep your head up girl. That was nothing to be embarrased about. It's not like you farted in front of him. Lol. That would've been embarrassing!

Maybe you should have shown your concern for him in person it might have made a better impression by saying some thing like I hope you're feeling better , I bet you're glad to get out of the hospital some thing like that. And if you really want to make a good impression tell him if you need anything to just call

Give it time...goodness, he was sick and probably had his phone turned off. (Most hospitals ask you to turn off cell phones and pagers, they have heart monitors that get affected by them) Try asking him how he is feeling the next time you see him and mention that you text messaged him but didn't realize that his phone may be off. Also mention to him that you are glad he is better. I seriously do not think he ever got the message.

Why would you be so embarrassed? Maybe he didn't reject you maybe he didn't reply because he was still some what sick or tired, or maybe something went wrong and he didn't get the text. always be positive. good luck :)

MAYBE HE HASNT GOTTEN THE TEXT, MAYBE HIS HONE IZ TILL OF FROM BEIN ON THE HOSPITLE.... MAYBE HIS PHONE IZ DEAD AND HE IS SOMEWHERE W/O A CHARGER, MAYBE HE HASNT THOUGHT F THE RITE THING 2 TELL U YET.... ALWAYS THINK OF THE POSITIVE, NEVER THE NEGATIVE...

maybe his phone died or he just deosnt have it with him or he got it taken away. you did nothing wrong! you were just trying to be nice and caring. dont worry about it. haha i do this all the time :)

just tell him that you only sent it because you were curious about how he was not that you were worried about him. and if he does not seem to listen just ignore him because those kind of jerks do not need to be dealt with.

eat. it always makes me feel better. then...go nd work off ur fod anyway u wanmt. i like running wen im really stressed..but briskly walking feels good too...specialy cas u can fantasize durring it<3
