Yes after i work out i get hungry like crazy should i eat right after during or way after i work out? Im asking this because i dont want to do all them sit ups n crunches and weight lifting for nothing if i eat some food and mess it all up.
Also im gettin 4 packs above my belly button. how do i get those 2packs like right at my belly button or a little above or under it? it seems im not getting any muscle there, what should i do?
