Yes after i work out i get hungry like crazy should i eat right after during or way after i work out? Im asking this because i dont want to do all them sit ups n crunches and weight lifting for nothing if i eat some food and mess it all up.

Also im gettin 4 packs above my belly button. how do i get those 2packs like right at my belly button or a little above or under it? it seems im not getting any muscle there, what should i do?

I always walked for 15 minutes after I ate, when I eat I eat sensibly. By doing this I dropped to 115 and I feel and look good.

Supposedly the best time to eat is within 20 minutes before or after a workout. Try for healthier things than the Ho-Ho's I just ate!

As for lower abs. A great one is to fold your legs under and to one side and then do straight crunches. Then switch your legs to the other side. Somehow that helps isolate the muscles and work them.
