in some causes yea, the only real damage it does is soft tissue damage. The damage is usually minor but I wouldnt worry to much on makeing them big, yeah it probably does but cracking your knuckles actually has some benefits -- you'll feel looser and enjoy more mobility in your joints immediately after they pop.

It will not make them big but over time it may cause damage to the bones of the joints from wrenching them each time you crack your knuckles. Big knuckles is just a trait. I have big knuckles because my mom has them.

OH YEAH!!! I never listened to my mom when I was young and cracked my knuckles. I'm 49 now and you should see the size of them! I can't wear rings because if I get a ring big enough to fit over my knuckles, its too big once it gets past them. I've got arthritis in my knuckles now too.

cracking you knucles will only damage the lining that separates the joints to prevent friction. yes will make them big and inflammated probably arthritic.
