Me and my boyfriend just broke up. But we're cool with it because we're both great friends. Right after we broke up the next secong we were laughing.
But I just recently talked to one of my best friends from another school and he knows I like him and he says he somewhat likes me, he's a huge flirt with me, JUST me! He always makes me feel better and he always makes me laugh. I want to tell him how I really feel, that I really like him, but how?

Well, it sounds like he likes you too. So one day either on the phone or in person, just ask a deep question like "so if there's anyone you'd wanna be with right now, who would it be?" That's sort of hinting towards it. See how he responds. Then let it go from there.
