call the salon and see what they can do ti fix it that your not happy with it. I actually had this happen to me yesterday I dyed my hair red and didn't care for the color I have fair skin and dark brown eyebrows so i thought I will go to a salon and get some blonde and brown highlights it looks great in the front then there is the back it is totally horrible I have vertical stripes of color which i didn't really see until late last nite why she would have highlighted it in the back like that I don't know I have short hair o it doesn't make any sense...I am going in today to get it fixed hopefully it doesn't get any worse.

Most salons usually have a policy that allows you to get your hair redone if you are not completely happy with the results. What I find is that most women who don't get the results they want are the ones that don't get their idea across with the stylist. For next time, I reccomend bringing a picture and giving very specific details on exactly what you want. The picture doesn't have to be of what you want, it could even be of what you DON'T want (i.e., no brassy or ashy tones, no thick or stripe-y highlights). Once you and your colorist are on the same page, he/she can work with you to get the desired color. If you go back to the salon within a week of getting it dyed, they will most likely be happy to correct it.

A reputable place will redo them for you. They also have color strippers to strip the color from your hair. Just try to go back and ask them to fix it asap because if you wait too long they might not do anything for you. Good luck and hope this was helpful. Take care!

You go back tomorrow when they open and tell them it came out not what you asked for. You say that its wrong and you want them to fix it or to pay to have it fixed. If they pay to have it fixed you should also be refunded the money you paid to have it done by them too. You should of complained before you left. They are a service and should not strong arm you into paying for something you don't like. You should talk to the manager along with the person who did it. I suggest not to have that person who did it wrong fix it.
I know of people who have complained and got it fixed.

GO BACK! They have chemicals to remove the dye, and they can redo it, but go for something less vibrant this time. Any reputable salon will fix this for you if your hair looks hideous.

be assertive in telling them that you're disappointed about the way the highlights came out and ask for your hair to be re-done....or for a refund and go elsewhere!

definitely go back. salons should always fix a mistake that they made. they may not give you your money back, but they should re-do the color.
