I usually lift biceps on mondays and wednesdays and this guy told me that i should only work on biceps once a week.

Ha, that;s ridiculous.
I work my biceps about 14 times a week, everyday at the gym and then a few curls before I go to sleep every night.

My son's personal trainer makes him work upper body one day and lower body the next day. He alternates on a daily basis.
