Is it possible to regrow hair that has been lost from stress?

I just started seeing like 10-15 pieces of hair after every shower. I know it might not be alot. but it add ups after a while. and i am worried that it wont grow back...will it?

If its only from stress then yes, it'll grow back... but you have to learn how to relax more. Try deep breathing exercises, or Tai Chi... listen to calming music... read a book...even aromatherapy...
