GO out and make some friends. Do it. Make sure that guy you going to sleep with is clean. You don't have to look for a bf to have sex. Casual sex is ok.

When you go out to run your normal errands, like going food shopping, clothes shopping, to the post office, etc., smile a lot and give "the look" to those who you think are potential suitors. If you put out the vibe that you are single and looking, you will get responses. If you stay to yourself and don't put out that vibe, then you won't.
If it really is just the sex that you miss and not a relationship with sex, then just go pay for a jiggolo.
