ok if your always hungry drink loads of water and have ONE rasberry.
You should be old enough to control yourself from eating to much.
Go walking alot too.

For one make sure youre always hydrated, drink plenty of water especially when you feel hungry...Your body can often confuse dehydration with hunger
Also just make sure youre eating the right foods. Dont just go out to McDonalds everytime you get hungry, that food doesn't fill you for more than an hour and all it does is crush your dreams of losing weight. Try eating plenty of protein and spread your meals throughout the day (6 small meals a day rather than three larger ones).

Put yourself to a balanced diet and exercise three to four times a week for about 1/2 hour to 1 hour by doing what you like doing that keeps you active (like running, tennis, or some other sport). If you like to eat a lot, maybe try eating some healthier items without as many calories.

Eat a healthy amount of a balanced variety of food.

stop eating sugar and carbs. This way you wont think your hungry when your not. You can eat as much veggies as you want, but no other carbs at all

Tell me about it. I am on a diet! i hate it! Why can't they make food that doesn't have calories or carbs. Made out of indigestable paper or something. I heard somewhere people eat clay. Maybe we can start eating clay.
