But it does help moisturize both skin and hair. It works best for curly hair and/ or coarse hair, just a little bit on the ends to keep them from drying out and reduce friction, which can cause spit ends.

hmm i dont beleive so...it does wonders for your skin though..it is reallllly good for ur skin and will make it soft and supple and get rid of all ashyness...also it is supposed to work well for stretch marks! shea butter as well as coa coa butter is greaaaaat! :)
