That she doesn't understand why a good guy like you isn't already taken! She wants to go out with you and is waiting for you to ask her out! Go for it.

She doesn't see how a hot/smart/funny/sweet/generally likable guy like you could not have a girlfriend. Take it as a compliment — although I, being a singlehood crusader, would take it as a death wish.
