No, age is only a number--it depends on what is in your heart.

Age is just a number. Even though there is a 10 year gap that does not mean that is why things do not work out between you and your girlfriend. Couples that are the same age have problem's. relationships can be tough at times. You and your girlfriend need to sit down and talk about the problem's that you two are facing, then and only then can you solve your problems. communication is the key.
I wish you luck. Remember age is just a number.

I think it depends on what age bracket you're in. For example, if you are 40 and the other person is 50, it's not so bad. However, at 19 you are really still learning who you are, what direction you want your life to go in, etc. At 29 the issues you face are completely different like buying a house, marriage, and most likely you are into a career. They're two major different stages in your life.

there are times when age can be a factor.... a few years aren't that bad but sometimes when there are large age gaps there can be problems bc of the age thing.... but all in all i strongly believe that if you do honestly love someone it doesn't matter what the age is. i've seen people that are as much as 10 or 15 years apart have marraiges that last longer then people that have only 1 or 2 years seperating them... so no i don't think it's wrong to date someone older than you... it depends on how you feel about the person
good luck to you :)

There is quite an age difference-although not as large as my parents. She might be interested in things different than you or might be more mature. It might work out, it might not. Perhaps you shouldn't get any more serious and keep things going at a steady pace until you know whether or not age will be a big issue. But are you sure all the problems are age related?

Yes. you have your whole life ahead of you, do not get deeply involved, hang out with people your age. If you don't the relationship will not last anyway, you will feel as though you missed out and end up hating her as you listen to your friends telling stories of fun and adventure they had at 19.Don't miss out on life and tie yourself down now, there is plenty of time for that.Date don't commit to one person right now.

yes age has big factor in it. you're still young and have alot to do with your life. don't get caught up with one person at this time. at 29, she already has her life set forth in some ways. my advice would be get your career in order, then worry about a relationship. it's nice to date, but not too serious yet. if you feel like it's not working, than maybe it's not going to work. just do what your heart tells you.

Yes, age differences can cause problems, escpecially when the guy is younger. A woman of twenty-nine is thinking that she better have children and gt a husband soon or she may miss out. A man at 19 is wondering what the new X-box system is going to look like still. It's time to poop or get of the pot, persay.

Well you are of legal age to be with somebody older than you. But watch out, I used to date an older guy and he found somebody his own age after dating me for a year. I am not discouraging you to be with her, I am actually for it.
