Your fingers are not surgical instruments! Popping pimples can spread bacteria and oil and can leave long-lasting scars. If that doesn't dissuade you enough, popping a pimple won't give you that quick fix you're looking for -- the entire area appears irritated and won't hold concealer the way dry skin does. It kind of is, because you are touching your face and getting the oil and dirt from your hands into the pores around the pimple, then causing new clogged pores and new pimples. Also, when you pop it, it doesn't always just pop on the outside. It can pop underneath the skin too and send the pus to the surrounding area, making it worse.

just be sure to squeeze all that you can out and remember to keep your hands really clean when you do it...although i did this when i had pimples, it left some scars, but i don't think it's bad to pop them...just try to be careful about putting dirt from your hands in your pores, because an open pimple can really turn ugly

If you have the kind of skin that scars when you pop one, yes. If you pop them with something covered with bacteria, also yes. If you don't scar and if you pop them with something sterile then it is not only not bad, it is the only way to go.

actaully yes when you pop pimples baterial infected fluids sprend and can cause more pimples to form so id advise you not topop the pimple :]

Its very bad. The Germ explodes and spreads accross ur face causing more pimples. My recomindation is to wash ur face throughly.

hahaha we have all done that. The correct way to do it tho is not to squeeze the pimple, but rather to pull the tissue apart until it opens and drains.

yes because it leaves marks and the germs under your nails makes the pimple spread.....take a asprin crush it up and put in on the pimple....might help

you can get scars from popping pimples. just leave them alone and dont touch it too much or it can get infected.
