Is the new Kazaa better about virus probelms than the old one?

i want to download it but the thing is that i've had it before and it gave me ALLOT of virus's the new version has a no spyware agreement IS IT ANY BETTER??

Read what your agreeing to before going on Kazaa & you wont go on Kazaa.

I repair computers, most because people have been on P2P programs but the P2P program which does the most damage is Kazaa.

Kazaa sucks...stay away from it and use something else.
