As much as I wish there was, there is no magical grease that can grow your hair faster than usual. Out of years of trying different products I now use Aveda Anti-Humectect Pomade (just a fancy word for grease). Unlike other greases, it does not have petroleum which can "suffocate" the scalp and it is plant and flower based. I LOVE it. Good luck!

I don't use hair grease or anything with petroluem or mineral oil in it, petroluem and mineral oil based products do nothing for the hair, it clogs pores and can lead to thinning hair. I use water based oil lotions and I keep my scalp clean. I wash my hair 2x a week in the summer and once a week in the winter. I wear a fitted satin cap on my hair at night and under hats whenever I go outside. I spray my hair every night with a liquid leave in conditioner mixed with water and I do conditioner washes every other night. About a year ago I nearly shaved my head due to a bad relaxer and a botched dye... now my hair is silky and past my shoulders... a little longer than bra strap length. I also take vitimins for hair and I take biotin and vitimin e everyday. My favorite hair products are honey, olive oil, almond oil, rosemary oil, jojoba oil, Creme of Nature shampoo, Un-Damaged Goods conditioners, 911 leave in conditioner, Soft Sheen protein reconstructor (that I use every week and a half), Profective hair lotions, and Hollywood Beauty oils and hair creams. I also have to have Organics olive oil.
Grease does not grow your hair....

African Pride, Doo Gro, Mane & Tail Carrot Oil Cream, anything that contains, mineral, vitamins and natural herbs. You must message the hair dressing into your scalp, hairline and temple areas, at least twice a week. Using the balls of your fingers. You will start to notice a difference in 6-8 weeks. Nothing works fast. Nothing.

There is nothing you can do to make your hair grow faster. The best I can suggest is maximize hair growth by eating a healthy diet and by getting regular trims so that split ends don't split even more, etc.
What is "hair grease"? Sounds gross...
Just let it grow, there's not much you can do, sadly. I'm trying to grow my hair out, I wish there were some magical potion!!
