First off, if you are going to give your cat milk, then but special formula from the petstore. Second, cats can get sick from drinking milk, your cat can start vomiting or showing signs of diarrea after drinking milk. And, some other signs of sickness. Third, your cat may be lactose intolerent, which makes the illnes worse. And fourth, maybe your cat doesn't like milk, then dont give it to him or her. And finally, use your milk as a last food resource, and if you do, then add tuna with it, put the milk in small quanities. Maybe then he/she will exactly eat/drink milk.

Not all cats like milk. The lactose in the milk is not good for your cat anyway.

Most cat's do not have the enzyme in their stomach necessary to break down lactose - which means they are lactose intolerant. It hurts their belly and gives them the runs and this is why it is recommended actually that cats are not to be given dairy products. Maybe he remembers his experience with it before and avoids it.

it shouldnt be drinking milk. no cat has the enzyme in their stomach to digest cows milk! it causes diarhea which can lead to dehydration. and on a less radicle note it gives them cramps and uncomfortable states. just dont do it.
