I've been trying to recover from anorexia. I am fifteen, five feet one inch, and a few weeks ago, I weighed 80 pounds. Now I weigh 85 because I've been eating more. Today, I was feeling quite happy, so at lunch, I drank a chocolate milk instead of regular (160 calories instead of 100). I wasn't concerned because I thought I'd be able to jump some rope when I got home and burn off the calories, but I got so much work I wasn't able to. Also, for dinner, I ate a tortilla (amongst other things) and when my mom asked if I wanted another one, I said "Sure, I'll take another half". Now I'm killing myself over it; I could have said no and saved myself extra calories. I don't know what I'm doing to myself. Was it good I took the extra half?
