Can't we all just get along without reporting?

I report true spam (commercial links that have nothing to do with the question asked) but I wouldn't report a question just because I didn't agree with the asker, or because he used a cussword or two. Some people are just very touchy and like to run to 'momma' whenever they see something they don't like!

I would like to think so, but apparently some feel they have power when they can report others.
