Im not sure if it makes a difference but it was in California.

If it was a judgment that included a $$$ award to pay it may show up in the following month.. If it was just an eviction to get you removed from the premises and no $$ to be awarded to the property management then I seriously doubt it will show up on your credit report.

The derogotary credit may show up as soon as one month. Some may take up to 3 months-it all depends upon the type of account or reporting method each landlord subscribs.

i would say between 30 days to 90 days i am not sure if diffrent states are diffrent?
