I hate VA too... I have found in the past that tickets in VA transfer to NJ as 2 pts. Even if you get a wreckless ticket it transfers as 2 pts. Good luck. I also found that if you can hire a lawyer to go to court there it is worth it. They usually get it dropped or lowered to less points.

All states share info. I don't know if you will get points,that's up to your state's laws. Just pay the fine for the moving violation and vow to drive better. Good luck.

Now a days all states are reciprocal, you will get the points on your New Jersey License.

I am a truck driver. On occasion I get a ticket. By paying right away I have found that it doesnt make it to my home state. Good luck it is a crap shoot.

you,ll get them,this goes on your driving record,and they follow you where ever you go,i got on in Florida and it caught me in Tennessee so there's no getting away from it,you might get lucky and this might get caught up in the paper work and never find its way on your record,i wouldn't offer this info to my insurance company,and just see if it appears to show up some time,you may get lucky and it wont,good luck,i hope this help,s.
