If you just can't ever seem to be full, try drinking a glass of water before you eat. This helps fill the stomach and give you that "full" feeling. Just remember that crash diets tend to bring back the weight as soon as you stop. Its important that you feel good and have fun with it. Do 200 minutes of cardio a week.

Do NOT starve yourself (or you will lose muscle and keep the fat on!).
calculate your daily caloric intake
subtract 20% to the amount of calories you should eat for your sex, age, weight and activity level (usually somewhere around 1500-1600 calories/day)
spread such amount in 6 meals (250-260 calories each)
do cardio at least 3 times a week
drink 1/2 gallon water a day (needed to lose fat)
eat 3 servings of fat free dairy a day (calcium is needed to lose fat)
eat 1 oz of walnuts a day or 4 servings of oily fish a week (omega3s are required for proper muscle functioning)
add weight lifting
eat 1 gr of proteins per pound of weight per day
You'll succeed!

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

OK Breakfast- 2 apples or cereal with lowfat milk,oatmeal
Lunch-salad with anything healthy
Dinner something light.
Stay away from pasta,potato,too much rice,bread,fried food,sweets,sodas,anything that is high in colorie and carbs.
Work out- dance 20-30 min bellydancing,salsa,anything thats fast. or cardio walk fast or run,jog bycycling. Good luck hope this helps.

yes. instead of walking run. go on a strict diet, weight will come back easy if you let it.

umm yeah thats good too but u could always fast on just water for a while the pounds drop like 1 a day! i do this and it works wonders
