i wanna lose more weight but i dont know how to and i used to be like 120 in 6th grade when i was like 4'10 and i finally have been able to get the majority of it off.i wanna have a flat stomach especially by summer/spring break but its hard for me to lose weight and so easy to gain it.i eat healthy for the most part but i have my bad days and i play tennis and go to the gym...what else can i do? anything that shows major results that i can do

Depending on your bone structure I would suggest instead of losing more weight you add a few pounds and tone your abs in order to have a flat stomach.

dont worry about it! Check your BMI to make sure your healthy and eat healthy get the 30 mins of execise each day and if you want a flat stomach to proper sit ups by pulling youself up with you stomach!Also it sounds like you have a slow motabilsm so to speen it up exercise i the morning and have a glass of warm water with lemon i it!(it speeds it up)

You sound like you probably look pretty fit to me!! you are right where you are suppose to be. . . but i think if you wanna get more toned you should try pilates, it really works!! A lot of celebrities do it too. You can get DVDs or sign up for classes :o)

I think thats to skinny!!! Especially for ur height.... women look good w/ a lil meat on their bones.......u should ry to build muscle instead of losing weight!!!
